VICEROY Competitions
The National VICEROY Cyber Competitions, including “Dr. Boom” and “Spectral Cloak,” are premier events designed to immerse VICEROY Scholars in realistic cyber and electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) challenges. These competitions are integral to the VICEROY Initiative’s mission to cultivate a skilled cybersecurity workforce for national defense.
About the National VICEROY Cyber Competitions
Sentinel's Watch (2026)
Sentinel’s Watch is the second chapter of the 2025–2026 Challenge Series. Following the first chapter, Shieldbearer, this next stage brings participants one step closer to the culminating chapter and the honor of the Gilded Guardian.
Spectral Cloak (2024)
Teams infiltrated an enemy forward operating base to erase convoy evidence from surveillance systems. They disabled radar, manipulated AI-driven drone feeds, and altered reports, emphasizing precision, stealth, and practical cyber skills.
