VICEROY Symposium 2026 Poster Session Information
Below is everything you need to know following your poster submission for the 2026 VICEROY Symposium.
Timeline & Key Dates:
- Feb 20: Poster submission deadline for review and selection
- Mar 6: Selection complete; acceptance emails to be sent (with edit requests)
- Mar 20: Final poster resubmission deadline for accepted posters needing edits
- Mar 23: Final posters delivered to PA for approval (approval due by Mar 27)
- Apr 14–16: Poster session held in person at the 2026 VICEROY Symposium (Location: William & Mary | Williamsburg, VA)
Presentation Details:
- Each student will deliver a 3-minute poster presentation, followed by a 2-minute Q&A with Mr. Chester “CJ” Maciag, VICEROY National Director, Director of Cyber-Spectrum Academic Engagement, the judges, and other Department of War stakeholders.
- Selected posters may also have opportunities to be published in the Military Cyber Professionals Association (MCPA) Journal, Cyber Magazine, and be presented at HammerCon.
